UNBOXING AND ASSEMBLY

Recommendations: Try not to open the box with a knife or sharp tools, as this could damage the lamp, the shade, the wiring or any of its components.

Upon receipt, carefully check the condition of the packaging and verify that the goods have not been damaged during transport. Pay special attention to glass, marble, ceramic and other delicate parts.

If you detect any bump, breakage, anomaly or sign that the order may be damaged, take photos or videos of the packaging and the product. Always note PENDING REVIEW on the carrier’s delivery note and do not sign the receipt as satisfactory.

If the product has suffered any damage, you have a maximum period of 24 hours from delivery to notify us through our customer service.

VERY IMPORTANT! Do not discard the original packaging or connect or install the light fixture until you have verified that the product and all its components are in perfect condition. Keep the packaging until the lamp is fully assembled, installed and you have verified its correct operation.

MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY

General recommendations: Lighting product intended exclusively for indoor use, unless its specifications expressly state that it is suitable for outdoor use. Do not expose to the weather, to moisture or to direct contact with water. Do not install near intense heat sources or keep it under prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use abrasive products such as acetone, bleach, bleaching agents, solvents or aggressive chemical cleaners. Try not to open the box with a knife or sharp tools, as this could scratch or damage the shade, the wiring, the glass or any of the lamp’s components.
Maintenance instructions: Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance task, disconnect the lamp from the power supply and wait until it has cooled completely. For cleaning, use only a soft cloth, dry or slightly dampened with a neutral soapy solution. Do not apply liquids directly onto the light fixture or use scouring pads, metal utensils or abrasive products. On glass, metal, marble, ceramic or similar parts, use products suitable for each surface and dry them carefully after cleaning.
Warranty: 3-year warranty. Right of return within 14 days following receipt of the order. * (See general conditions).
Warnings and safety information: Before starting assembly, check, sort and count all the included parts and fittings. Prepare a clean, stable and sufficiently large area to carry out the installation. Follow the assembly instructions step by step and do not force the screws, connections or fastening elements. In the case of light fixtures that require direct connection to the mains, installation must be carried out by a qualified person, complying with current electrical regulations. Keep the product and its components out of the reach of children during assembly.
Conditions of use and maintenance: Use the lamp only with the voltage, frequency, power and type of bulb indicated in its technical specifications. Never exceed the maximum permitted power. Do not cover the lamp or obstruct the ventilation areas. Keep cables away from hot surfaces, walkways and elements that could cut, crush or damage them. Do not handle the lamp with wet hands or use it if it has broken parts, loose connections or visible damage.
Maintenance instructions: Periodically check the condition of the cable, the plug, the lamp holder, the fastenings and the rest of the components. Immediately replace any deteriorated element with a compatible and suitable spare part. In lamps with replaceable bulbs, always disconnect the product from the power and wait for the bulb to cool before replacing it. If the lamp has a non-user-replaceable integrated LED light source, do not attempt to disassemble or modify it.
Caution warnings for electric lamps: Immediately disconnect the product from the power supply if you notice excessive heating, a burning smell, sparks, abnormal flickering or any irregular operation. Periodically check that the cable and plug are in good condition. Do not use the lamp if the cable is damaged, the plug shows signs of wear or any of its electrical components is deteriorated. Ensure that the product is connected to a power outlet that complies with local electrical safety regulations. Always disconnect the lamp before cleaning it, changing the bulb, making adjustments or carrying out any maintenance operation.
